Chicken Wings with Soya Sauce - Sayap Ayam goreng Kecap


One of my favorite food is soya sauce friend chiken, it taste nice, sweet and delicious and the important thing is that this food is easy to make... just try ity , you won't regret it.

Ingredients - Bahan :
  • 8 pieces of chiken wings , cut the edge / end - 8 potong sayap ayam, potong ujungnya
  • 100 gram of bombay onion , cut it into big pieces - 100 gr bawang bombay, dipotong kasar
  • 4 pieces garlic, crushed and cut it until soft - 4 siung bawang putih, geprek, cincang halus
  • 2 cm ginger, crushed and cut it until soft - 2 cm jahe, geprek, cincang halus
  • spring leaves, cut it roughly - 1 batang daun bawang, potong kasar
  • 1 spoon of tiram sauce - 1 sdm saus tiram
  • 1 spoon of salty soya - 1 sdm kecap asin
  • 3 spoon of sweet soya - 3 sdm kecap manis
  • 3 spoons of butter - 3 sdm mentega
  • adequate lime water - air jeruk limo secukupnya

Directions - Cara membuat:
  1. submerge the chikens wings with lime water, salt and pepper - Rendam sayap ayam dengan air jeruk, garam dan merica.
  2. let it, until the seasoning become absorbed - Biarkan sampai bumbu meresap.
  3. fry it until until well cooked - Kemudian goreng hingga matang. Sisihkan.
  4. fry garlic and ginger together with 2 spoons of cooking oil and 3 butter - Tumis bawang putih dan jahe dengan 2 sdm minyak bekas menggoreng ayam + mentega.
  5. put in the tiram sauce, salty soya and sweet soya - Masukkan saus tiram, kecap asin dan kecap manis.
  6. add the bombay onion, mix and cook it until half cooked / done - Tambahkan bawang bombay, aduk hingga setengah layu.
  7. put in the chiken wings into the fry pan, mix itu until the seasoning become absorbed by the chiken wings - Masukkan potongan ayam kedalamnya. Aduk hingga saus meresap ke dalam ayam.
  8. add the onion leaves into the fry pan, mix until well cooked, lift it up - Tambahkan bawang daun, aduk sebentar kemudian angkat.

Tempe Green Paprika - Tempe Cabe Hijau


Mmm... tempe, I like it very much. Especially with green paprika, yummy. When you eat with hot rice more delicious. Stop imagine it, now take all your ingredients and your knife, let's cooking now :)

Ingredients - Bahan:
  • 2 block of tempe - 2 blok tempe
  • red onion, slice - 10 bawang merah, iris tipis
  • 5 cloves garlic, slice - 5 bawang putih, iris tipis
  • 2 green paprika, slice - 6 cabe hijau,potong serong tipis
  • 2 leaf bay - 2 lembar daun salam
  • 6 leaf lemon - 6 lembar daun jeruk
  • galangal, crush - 1 ruas lengkuas, geprek
  • 1 spoon lemon juice - 2 sdm air asem jawa
  • 6 spoon sweet sauce soya (you can mix soya sauce with bwon sugar) - 6 sdm kecap manis
  • salt - garam secukupnya
  • oil - minyak goreng

Directions - Cara memasak:
  1. Cut tempe into pieces box - Potong-potong kotak tempe
  2. Fried tempe into hot oil on the pan and drain it - Goreng tempe dalam minyak panas setelah itu tiriskan
  3. Stir-fry seasoning with 2 spoon oil (red onion, garlic, leaf bay, and galangal) until smell good - Tumis bawang merah,bawang putih,daun salam, lengkuas sampai harum
  4. Put tempe inside the seasoning and stir until seasoning on the tempe - Masukkan tempe yang sudah digoreng, aduk2 rata
  5. Put salt and lemon juice then stir again - Tambahkan garam, tuang air asam, aduk rata
  6. Put green paprika inside the pan and stir until green paprika ready - Masukkan cabe hijau, aduk rata hingga agak layu
  7. Put soya sauce and stir until everything good - Tambahkan kecap, aduk rata

Fried Rice (Nasi Goreng)


Long time ago “Nasi Goreng” is made for breakfast time only. But now everybody likes “Nasi Goreng” so it can be served any time. In some island especially in Java start at 9 pm until 12 am the “Nasi Goreng” seller will go around the street around the komplek house to sell “Nasi goreng” with gerobak (Movable wooden box).


Ingredients:

  • Rice
  • Chicken filet
  • Carrot
  • Peas
  • Button mushroom
  • Yellow and red paprika
  • Pineapple
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Red onion
  • Pepper
  • 1 spoon tomato sauce
  • Salt
  • 2 spoon oil



Directions:

  1. Slice the chicken into square shape
  2. Slice the mushroom
  3. Slice the paprika, pineapple, and carrots into square shape also
  4. Mince garlic, onion, and red onion
  5. Put oil into the pan, stir fry garlic, onion, and red onion that already minced. Put the chicken inside and wait until chicken well-done.
  6. After chicken well-done put mushroom, pineapple, peas and carrots, and wait until well done
  7. Put the tomato sauce inside and paprika
  8. Put rice, salt, and pepper
  9. Stir everything in the pan until everything good
  10. Now “Nasi goreng” ready to eat

Indonesian Salad



Acar is a very simple salad from Indonesia. Indonesian eat it with "nasi goreng" or "soto" or "sate". To make it very easy and don't need to cook. This is very healthy food and fresh. If you like spicy put paprika inside, but if you don't like just delete paprika from the ingredients. I hope you enjoy it :) Selamat makan


ingredients :
  • two cucumber, medium size peeled and cut
  • one carrot, medium size, peeled and cut
  • paprika
  • 1 1/2 spoon vinegar
  • 1 1/2 spoon sugar
  • one pinch of salt
directions:

in a bowl, mixed all ingridients. and let it stand about 15 minutes until one hour before serving.
