SHRIMP SOURCE AND SWEET SAUCE - UDANG ASAM MANIS

I invite you to join my kitchen with shrimp food. Today we will cook shrimp source and sweet sauce. This is also my favorite food. Nyam..nyam... shrimp always good in the tongue. Have a nice day with shrimp today ;)

Ingredients - Bahan:
  • 250 gram shrimps - 250 gr udang
  • 1 spoon water of citrun - 1 sdm air jeruk nipis
  • 3 spoon tomato sauce - 3 sdm saos tomat
  • 2 cloves garlic, mince - 2 siung bawang putih, geprek
  • ½ Bombay onion, slice - 1/2 butir bawang bombay, iris melintang (bawang merah juga bisa)
  • 1 leeks, slice - 1 batang daun bawang, potong kasar
  • 1 tea spoon sugar - 1 sdt gula pasir
  • ¼ tea spoon pepper - 1/4 sdt lada bubuk
  • salt - garam secukupnya
  • water - air secukupnya
  • butter - mentega untuk menumis

Directions - Cara membuat :
  1. Put citrun into shrimp and wait until 5 minutes - baluri udang dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam. diamkan 5 menit.
  2. Stir fry garlic and onion with butter until you can feel the smell - panaskan mentega, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay/bawang merah hingga wangi.
  3. Put shrimp until the shrimp change the color - masukkan udang, aduk cepat hingga udang berubah warna (kalo ada air jeruk nipisnya masukkan juga).
  4. put tomato sauce, salt, sugar, and pepper - masukkan saus tomat, garam, gula pasir, lada bubuk, dan kecap. aduk rata.
  5. put water - tambahkan air secukupnya
  6. And the last put the leeks into it and now after well done, put everything into the plate and enjoy it with pleasure :) - setelah matang, masukkan daun bawang, aduk rata.
